It’s possible that not everyone would like the look of this case, but the variety of the four colors changes the aesthetic to present something different for everyone. The Sandy Vintage seems to be a more masculine case while the Pink is definitely feminine. The black offers a business feel and the Camel is somewhat more feminine, though that could probably be argued. Regardless of color, the style of this case is elegant and well-crafted.

This Noreve case is sturdy and intelligently made so that everything inside the case will be protected. Though the case is slim, it doesn’t take away from how much padding and thick leather protects from harm.

Whether you’re using the adjustable shoulder strap or the handle, this case is extremely accessible to the interior of the case, and the spacious pockets allow for complete ease.

I would deem this Noreve laptop briefcase virtually flawless, though I do think that due to its size it may discourage women from purchasing it as frequently. That said, the case has everything you could want from a case; durability, space, accessibility/functionality, and a pleasing aesthetic.

Unlike the majority of Noreve cases, this case is only offered in four different colors: black, pink, and camel from the Perpetual Selection of leather, and Sandy Vintage from the Exceptional Selection. I was lucky enough to receive the one I think could be my favorite of the four colors- the Sandy Vintage. It’s from the Exceptional Selection so it has a bit of a suede feel, and is blemished to look worn. I absolutely love the Exceptional Selection on such a large case. It really allows the beautiful leather to speak for itself. The light brown, ‘sandy’ color is nice because it’s a very neutral color which will stand out but not distract as an accessory.

Fit and design:

The style of this case is very elegant and fashionable. For being a laptop case for a 17” it’s surprising how slim it is. The shoulder strap is durable because of the thick leather and padding and is length-adjustable for the comfort of the customer. Along with the leather strap there’s also a leather handle that can hold a great deal of weight. I cannot stress enough how durable and strong this briefcase is. Sure, it’s a laptop carrier, but it’s also much more than conventional laptop bag. Not only can it easily hold a laptop, it can also hold enough for a full briefcase-worth of items. There are multiple pockets in the interior of the case for storage, as well as a detachable (and adjustable) computer pocket through the use of Velcro to place the pocket at whichever thickness you please (an example of such adjustments are shown in the picture gallery). The style of this case is very effective because it has a hard bottom to allow it to stand upright easily, and also has a rapid-release metal closing mechanism for quick access and closure. Along with numerous interior pockets, this Noreve laptop briefcase has additional small pockets for items such as IDs, business cards, and pens and pencils. This case would seemingly be ideal for a business person, but could be used by someone who wants to travel with their laptop along with paperwork or magazines or books. As a young woman, this case is fairly large for my body, but I would say that a woman could get away with wearing it without looking ridiculous. It’s just a large case due to the fact that it can hold a 17” laptop. On that subject, I’d recommend the pink laptop briefcase for women if they’re looking to make the case more feminine because it is a nice, rich pink color combined with a pebble-grained leather to add to the aesthetic. This case is slim, durable, and accessible, and is extremely classy-looking.

Protection:

If using this briefcase for laptop protection, this Noreve case will absolutely suffice. Due to the stiff make of the case as well as the durable leather exterior, the device will be protected on all ends from punctures and outside harm. There is nothing to worry about when it comes to the protection of your device in this briefcase. Contrary to the case’s hard exterior, its interior is soft so that it will be protected within the case as well.

Quality of materials:
The smooth exterior of the case is beautiful suede, leather, and other materials used are durable and elegant. The external dimensions of this case are: 46 x 39 x 12.70 cm and weighs 5.5 lbs.

Conclusion:

It doesn’t take a genius to be able to acknowledge that this is a nice case. I’m a young woman, so this wouldn’t necessarily be the type of laptop bag or briefcase I’d normally go to in terms of size, but I am in love with its aesthetic and make. I love the way it fits on the shoulder, and how accessible it is, and how elegant it looks. The Sandy Vintage look is sexy, regardless of gender, and though this case may be perfect for the business man or woman, it can be used for travel or for simply storing a laptop and paperwork. It’s the perfect laptop briefcase Noreve could have offered. And if you’re bummed because your laptop is too small for this case, don’t worry because Noreve offers the same case in 12” and 15”.
